Kazi Arman Ul Haque
Kazi Arman, CEO and Vice Chairman of Basic Shirts Limited, is a distinguished businessman with over twenty-five years of diverse experience in the RMG sector. He has been the owner of a very renowned buying house, Startex Clothing, since 2001. He started his career as a director of marketing at a very prominent knit factory, Olympic Composite Knit Wears Ltd., back in 1998. His exceptional management has resulted in the effective coordination of approximately 2,500 direct employees and the fostering of a workforce of nearly 10,000 employees. Renowned for his dedication and vision, he has been instrumental in driving operational excellence and establishing a culture of innovation and quality in every aspect of the RMG sector. His unwavering commitment to fostering a thriving work environment and enhancing manufacturing processes makes him an invaluable asset in the global RMG industry.

MOHAMMAD NURUL ISLAM, FCMA
Mr. Islam began his career in 1992 as a CMA/CPA, practicing auditing for two years. In 1994, he joined an Investment Company, where he spent another two years before joining Basic Engineering Limited as Manager of Finance & Accounts in 1996. In 2000, Mr. Islam became a Shareholder Director and Finance Director of Basic Shirts Limited, a Garments Industry venture formed by Basic Engineering. In 2004, he assumed the role of Chairman, focusing on marketing and compliance. Mr. Islam also established Basic Shirts London Limited, a UK-based buying office.

Mr. Biswas, Managing Director of Basic Shirts Limited and Eboto Packaging Limited, is a renowned businessman and Senior Member of the Bangladesh Garment Manufacturers & Exporters Association (BGMEA). As Chairman of companies such as Kaptex Sweater Ltd., Bright Packaging, Biswas Traders, DBL Packaging, and Desh Sweater Ltd., he oversees the export of millions of Euros worth of goods to global markets. Mr. Biswas is a self-made leader with exceptional management skills and a reputation for driving success in the garment and packaging industries.
